I bought 4 boat hooks, Eversprout brand, look good, got them from Amazon.
Should have researched more apparently. 1st on bent on first use. Granted I was pulling a rope up with and and applied a bit of pressure. I don't think the tubes are anodized, seems like very soft aluminum.
Just wondering if anyone has a suggestion for a better brand?
Found a pretty good review, don't know how old it is but they tested 5 brands fairly thoroughly.
