Hey, wait a minute, is this a sportfish vs motoryacht thread now? If so, I'm gonna have to open up a can of whoopass. Other than that, it's pretty sad when a thread about Pascal grounding a boat gets derailed.

Since Rsmith decided to share with the forum a family portrait I thought I would reciprocate. Here is a portrait of myself that I recently had commissioned. I was hoping to send an olive branch of sorts to rsmith in the hopes that upon seeing my picture he would understand that I am a motoryacht guy with a little sportfish thrown in. Trying to find a little common ground to build a bridge of friendship on. You know the saying you can take the boy out of the sportfish but not the sportfish out of the boy.

Read my post again, master bloviator. Go slow. Maybe run your fingers across the letters. If that doesn't work, there are many ESL courses available in your area.

Typical of the bullshit motorbarge types to come up with a phony pic.
 
Who says its phony? I was really hoping that maybe you would take me fishing or camping atleast. I promise to wear the black manties (panties for men) I have on in the picture. From there we could plan a motoryacht sportfish therapy session or mediation of sorts. A safe place for all of us to air our differences and find some common ground to make the seas a happier place for all of us. After successful therapy maybe a candlelight vigil to celebrate our enlightment.

Oh, rsmith lighten up. Your not nearly as important as you think you are. I thank you for providing me some laughter.
 
Yea Rsmith, I totally agree that you are more important in your own mind than the 90% of us that get a kick out of your chest beating. We all have been in situations that were dangerous and have escaped those with cuts, bruises, etc. or worse however don't feel the need to tell the world how great we were in the face of danger. You probably were the kid in grammer school who got beat up all the time and now thinks he needs to prove his manhood behind a keyboard. Lighten up a little, will you!

Why is my mind flashing back to the original Star Trek movie where the lonely space guy hooked up with the hot, bald-headed chick turned mouthpiece for V-ger who then joined together to start a whole new species? :D

What the heck is gong on here? Why is this being allowed to continue? Motoryacht, I find your picture offensive. Not the ugly,fat, hairy picture with long, unkempt hair, but the pictures of guns and what you are implying by that picture.
This is a boating forum. If you must display your guns please do it on the right forum. Such as "solider of Fortune" to name one...ppat
 
Oh for God's sake ppat. The photo was a joke and certainly has nothing to do with gun violence.
 
It has come to my attention that my last post may lead some to believe I dislike guns, that is not the case. I have owned several handguns in my life...but, this is a boating forum and should not be used to show pictures such as that one with the intent that was implied...

We all joke around and put up pictures from time to time that may not be perfectly in tune but I feel this time it crossed the line and could be considered a threat to another member...implied or not! ppat
