Thanks for the link to the Hubbell inlet breakers. It's not clear to me how they are used. Would one have a standard shore-tie inlet connected to the Hubbell breaker and then on to the distribution panel? If so, I suppose you need two for two shore-ties.

Those are not my fuses. Mine do not have the bottom piece that shows on your photos. Mine are rounded on both top and bottom.
I greatly appreciate everyone's input. I was hoping someone had replaced the whole panel, as I will do, and could tell me what products they use.
