First of all there are numerous buck converters out there to take 32v to 24 or 12v if you want to go that route. I have both on mine - one converting 32 to 24v for my ACR Searchlight and a few others taking stuff down to 12v.
If you have overhead lights like mine through I was looking for a solution that did not require converters plus I wanted to take up the sale real estate for aesthetic purposes and this does both.
This starts with removing the old light and the socket assembly. No need to remove the mounting box - just leave it there. You need these Juno square LED lights and some starboard. That is it. Remove the AC to DC converter from the Juno light. The panel is a 40VDC panel and produces 60 watts which is plenty bright. If it is too bright don't worry - these are dimmable.
