Isenglass is the basic "clear" enclosure. It comes in different thicknesses and different clarities. For longevity, pick the thickest and most optically clear isenglass that you can. It's also cheaper than strataglass and EZ2CY because it's not very resistant to scratching.
Strataglass was developed to be an "upgrade" to isenglass. It has a lot of the same qualities as isenglass, but is more resistant to scratches. Definitely preferred over isenglass IMHO.
EZ2CY is a rigid, clear "plastic" that, if set up correctly will give the best clarity, but harder to store because it doesn't bend. Also, can be set up on tracks to slide for ventilation in a total enclosure. You may not be able to open up a front window for ventilation if space does not allow.
