Hi All,

Looking for working AC temp guage.

Will pay reasonable price.

Sams may have the gauges you need; I got a pair of original NOS tachs from them for my 53. Give them a call.

I have bought Isspro gauges on several occasions and am currently running four Isspro tachs on my Hatteras for my Cummins diesels. After Cummins and VDO (which, by the way, stands for "very dim organization") couldn't sell us tachometers that worked, I called Isspro and had functioning tachs the first time out within a day or so. Not only that, they arrived with the DIP switches already set AND they agree from upstairs helm to downstairs. I can't say enough good stuff about Isspro- they really know their business. I also have their pyrometer/boost gauges, which of course worked first time out and have continued to do so.

If you have a particular need, ask for Don. I can't remember his last name, but he does their special and custom work. I am going to order the fuel level senders for the tanks in the GT40 I am building from Isspro. They'll fit, they'll work, and the cost will be reasonable.

I used Isspro gauges for my mechanical engine room gauges (Oil P, water temp, tranny P) and agree they are excellent. I would go with them in a heatbeat if I was changing out the oem gauges.

Ya' mean this? Those new ones won't work with your old AC dual station sender so you'd need new senders and gauges all around. This one says AC and looks like it's good, but you'd have to test it in one of the other positions, not the old gauge spot because it is as likely that you have a wire or connector problem as it is a gauge problem.

Take one of your good gauges out and put it where the bad one is and see if it works there. If it does, you really do have a bad gauge and if this is the right type, I'll send you this one for free.

That is the kicker. The AC temp sender is the same for single or dual station, the temp gauge has to be a DUAL gauge. I have some some single station gauges. It was mentioned on here that if you ran a second wire from the sender you could run two SINGLE station gauges off of one sender with seperate leads. I have not tried it though.

Sams has VDO guages that are a good match, but you'll have to change the senders.
