Who Owns Tracker Boats?

Is Brunswick Marine the parent company for Tracker boats? Tracker boats consist of Bass Tracker, Mako, Nitro Tahoe, Sun Tracker etc. I know they offer Mercury Motors exclusively on their boats which is a Brunswick company and was thinking they were for Tracker as well. Does anyone know for sure because when I search it looks like Tracker is Owned by Bass Pro Shops. Is that a Brunswick company as well? I figured this was the place to ask. Thanks in advance.Tony

Tracker is owned wholly by Bass Pro Shops whose principal and majority owner is Johnny Morris. I think they have an exclusive contract to rig all their boats with Mercury motors.
