... Heck is this?? The underside shows a 32volt (?) motor and none of it seems to do anything. The switches / knobs appear stripped or frozen. Was the hole in the counter a trash compactor? Anyone want it?? IDEAS? ws

It is the motor and control for the counter-top blender. Mine works great, but I would love to have the blender pitcher and/or top if you can find it.

You gotta be shootin' me !! I'd never have guessed at that one  I havent seen the blender, but may have the top to it. I am at a loss for words...That had to be a $500 blender installed at the factory for chopping up 'tini ice! ws

Those thing are cool. i have been looking for one of those but never could find one!!!

woohooo I've been lookiing for that sob. Ours was MIA when we got the boat. I need the chopper too....

You want it? Its yours ! Pay for the shipping. I cant believe how much effort Hatteras put into the booze end of the business!! ws

woohoo me too i've been missing the blender part they must have been made of glass so I'm going for the stainless baby.... ;) thanks seaEric...

And to think I tossed a couple of those units from past projects :(

Bill if you have the blender, mixer or the chopper let me know, I'd love them.

Carl look closely they have an adapter for older units. Not sure if it is needed or not,

I am not sure about the blender etc. I know there are spare coffee pots and such-- I will certainly look next trip there. ws

That Nutone stuff is on Ebay quite often as well. I broke my blender last year (it's plastic) and I found a new one on Ebay. I also saw the food processor, meat grinder, can opener, etc on there when I was looking for the blender. I don't think these things were used much in homes, but they were popular in high end RV's and boats so there is some of the old stuff still around.

I'll give this stuff to a needy Hatt owner :) ws

Even my little 34 from 1964 has a factory built liquor cabinet and it origionally had an ice maker. Last year I had Hatteras build an island bar for me that I installed in the flybridge of a 70 MY. The bar included 3 stools, sink with H/C water, under bar fridge and ice maker and two outlets for dueling blenders. Oh, I also installed a wine fridge under the steps going up to the FB.

Some of the 75's from the late 90's thorugh 2004 had island bars in the FB and smaller wet bars on the aft deck as well. I guess it would be far too difficult to leave the aft deck and actually walk the 30 ft to the galley to get a cold one.
