Those are just aluminum right? You could take an old one to a metal fabricator and have one built up. That may be the quickest and easiest way to get it done since they don't make those anymore.

I have a used Seabrace Stabilizer, they made several sizes and shapes, mine may match, I have two differant ones. If you would like to call me at 954-783-0224, I would be happy to fill you in on them. I am in the middle of installing a set of them on my 60" hatteras motor yacht. I have had 3 boats with Seabrace stabilizers and have had very good results.
