Does anyone here have any experience with a Seakeeper in a 45C? I just spent 2 nights fishing offshore and got the snot kicked out of us snap rolling in 5 - 6 foot seas. I did a little research on them and it appears that I'd need the Seakeeper 6 to handle the dimensions and weight of my 45. I'd love some firsthand observations of their performance.

The last boat I was on with a seakeeper the owner had a naval architect to determine size and placement.

Worse than your last boat? I forgot was that a 42? I really don’t think seakeepers will stop the roll laying offshore like we used to do. I believe I saw someone address that on a forum.

Maybe you can install some sort of extra buoyancy to change the roll period?

Client of mine has a 35 Cabo with one. On the drift it’s night and day.

Laying at the canyon in 10-20 with 4-6’ seas isn’t the same as just drifting.
