Preventing the "station wagon" effect. Any ideas?

I have a 56MY with a spectacular aft deck that is not usable while under way due to diesel fumes rolling back in the deck. The station wagon effect! Has anyone found a solution to prevent this? It's not horrible but bad enough to make it unpleasant.

We love our aft deck but we only use it when stopped. When going fast there is too much exhaust noise and salt spray sucked in. We run the boat entirely from the flying bridge and our guests generally join us there. Quieter and 360 degree visability. Once we get to our destination and hose off the salt the aft deck is the place to be!

Same boat and aft deck for many years without any problems. Always ran with wing doors open and canvass up.

We try to keep everything forward open to keep the breeze flowing thru the salon doors. works for us.
