Morse Engine/Transmission Controls

I have two sets (4 dual assemblies) of Morse Engine/Transmission Control heads from a freshwater 58' Motoryacht. The assemblies are in excellent condition and were in perfect working order when removed. The cables were disgarded. I will take any reasonable offer with the purchaser to arrange for pick up/delivery from Algonac, Michigan.

How much wear and corrosion are on the handles, handle ball ends, and the chrome covers?

Morse Controls

The set from the lower helm station are cosmeticly perfect and were maintained (lubricated) regularly so there is virtually no wear. The upper set has always been under cover, and lubricated as the lower set, although the ball ends are slightly faded and there are some very minor pits on the handles only. These disappear when polished but return over time.

I received your voice message, but I was out of town at the MSU game. Didn't try to call you Sunday. Go Green! The team looked great.

I am interested in your controls, but I guess I need some type of frame of reference on a price. Any idea where you are on that.

I will be going North next weekend to put my boat away, starting up on Friday, Oct 10th. There is no major rush at this point, but I would be interested in observing the controls, maybe even your boat. Mine is a vintage 43' DCFB.
