I've seen that boat and it's rough. It had a repaint that looks to be well done sometime in the recent past. At first glance you wouldn't know it because the boat is filthy. It has clearly been sitting forever. There doesn't appear to be any damage, it's not a hurricane boat. I have not been inside the boat nor do I know the owner personally. For whatever my observations are worth.
