Deck / Transom shower

I've been looking around for some time to upgrade my deck shower located at the transom door. It's great to have a hot shower after a swim. I searched the net and found to my surprise something I thought was better than average so I thought you guys may be interested.

It is called the Whale Twist shower. It has arrived and seems to be well designed and made. As deck showers go it's attractive even. I'm installing it over the next couple of weekends - I'll let you know how it works - I guess that's the real test. I'd put up a link but haven't achieved that lofty status yet.

I have often thought about a hot/cold washdown on the transom for our 53; it has just a cold washdown. Our previous boat had hot/cold and it was great. But I have to admit that plumbing a hot water line for that purpose has always been so low on my list of things to do that it has never actually made it onto the list!

But the whale washdown certainly looks like a good product.
