The quote looks well laid out. If you feel they are giving you a fair price and do good work you will have to make the final decision.

I deal with customers that were never given a real quote and the outcome is less than stellar. Clean up is always more expensive.

When they do the non skid are they leaving the high gloss around the edges for drainage or bringing the non skid out and eliminating the drain area??. It usually costs alot more to keep the glossy area wher the water drains. It sucks when they paint the nonskid all the way out as it holds all the, dust, and is constantly a mess. I am in the process of "reclaiming" mine ......Pat

Getting someone to do a good prep job is the most important thing. Assuming your toe rails are in good shape, it's an easy job.

Sand, clean, clean again, prime.

I rolled out Awlgrip and then hit it with a harbor freight sand blaster hoper with simple sand (rubber grit). Vacuum what doesn't stick, and roll out 2 top coats.

Looks amazing.

Hopefully you don't have to Mask and Spray the toe-rails (waiting for the perfect day could be a few weeks).

I am some that has been through this. I believe in DIY but after watching the guys that blasted repaired and painted my bottom …….no thanks. No matter the cost lol
