Compass Rose Decal Needed

I'm building a new table top for my hi lo salon table. I'll be coating it with clear bar top epoxy and want to laminate in a decal of a compass rose, preferably done in a small machine turn gold leaf. I'd like it to be about 18" North/South and 14" East/West. Anybody have any suggestions on sourcing?
