Built in electric grill

Anyone added a Kenyon or similar built in electric grill on their sportfish? Thinking of adding in the starboard side compartment on my 38c

I love electric grills but stay away from Kenyon especially the one with touch control which over heat in the sun. I had one on a 70 footer I ran a few years ago, they replaced it for free for an analog version and even that never got hot enough even though it was 240v. I also had issues with one of the glass cook top

I have had Miele grills on the following boat and they ve great. Simple knob control, they heat super hot and have a large surface area. Gageneau is pretty good too but they’re smaller than Miele

Just grilled a bunch of meat for 18 people this afternoon on a pair of Mieles

I installed a Gaggenau grill more than 10 years ago and have not had any issues with the performance of the grill. Spare parts are still available and I have replaced the electric heating elements several times. The grill is 100% Stainless steel, except for the lower housing which is no longer made for my unit, but since the grill assembly is inside my enclosure the lower box isn't needed. I have a plastic cover to keep the rain from filling up the pan that contains the lava rocks. The unit was expensive but we enjoy grilling and I wanted a grill that would last.
