    Re: Galley Makeover
We decided to not install a full-on cook top and try surviving with a two burner professional grade portable... similar to what a restaurant uses for an omelet station.
I had a 5 inch wide full height cabinet built as a "filler" next to the dishwasher to port, and it is perfect for storing the burner unit as well as cutting boards and accessories for the convection microwave.

I have the rest of the fixtures installed now such as the faucets, additional filtered drinking spigot. The sink was purchased off of Amazon. The counter top is Italian granite called "exotic yellow", and contains most of the colors in the galley. There is a seam in the middle of the sink basin that is very hard to identify. The cutting board was sourced from Ikea. Faucet fixture used was by American Standard.

We'll post additional photos soon for those needing galley photos for reference.

The last appliance to deal with here is the refrigerator. Yeah... we're dreading it.
