We have a 1966 50" Yacht Fisherman. I'm very impressed with your 11' Whaler davits. I've often wondered if we could hold our 11' Whaler on davits similar to what you have done. I guess the answer is yes! How does your boat handle with the addition weight hanging back there? We keep our Whaler on the top hoisted up with our crane but it would be infinitely accessible back where you have yours. Did you build your own davits? How did you reinforce your swim platform? I know the older boats like ours have very thick hulls. Where did the hull sample you show come from?KeithLady J1966 50' yacht fisherman
