Hello - I started to refurbish my 1973 45C, stared on the inside( see photos in the galery) Need to do the same Job as you did here. I think need to replace the balsa form the hatch to the bow, under the pulpit. May find another areas once we start. I think the water intrusion was thru the anchor rode pipe. Any recoemndation on this task. Thanks
